Change, stop or delete a loop-based campaign

PermissionLoop-based CampaignsUpdated on 16.10.2026

With the pencil icon Edit, you change a loop-based campaign, stop a running one or delete a scheduled one.

Before the start, a campaign has the status Scheduled: you can edit it or delete it with Delete Campaign. From the start date it is Active: it can no longer be deleted, you can only stop it with Stop Campaign, and it then shows Stopped. After the end date it is Completed, and Edit is grey. Stopping and deleting cannot be undone.
  • You need the permission Loop-based Campaigns at the Manage level, see Access and permissions.
  • The campaign belongs to your company and is neither completed (Completed) nor stopped. Otherwise Edit is gray and shows «Not Available» or «No Access».

You stop contact-based visuals differently, see Stop a contact-based visual immediately.

What you can change depends on the status of the campaign.
