For contact-based campaigns, there are three tiers. Each builds on the previous one.

  • Individual, strategic questions
  • Optional and highly selective: statistical analyses depending on scope
  • Consulting package with presentation of the results, exchange of experience, context and a management summary
  • Presented in PowerPoint format, including absolute figures

Results are always combined across several stores. There are no analyses for a single store.

Conversion Rate, Basket Size and Sales Uplift can be broken down by several factors.

  • Time: over the entire campaign duration and, if the campaign runs for more than one month, by individual month.
  • Geography: across all participating stores as a whole, and by federal state and Nielsen region.
  • Weather: as an impact driver, optionally bookable.
  • Further factors and analyses: for example purchasing power or water hardness, optionally bookable.
  • Marketing activities: price promotions, secondary placements, giveaways, tastings and other activations in or around the store, optionally bookable.

The Cyreen sales team can tell you what each tier includes and what comes as an extra, also for additional analyses.

After your request, Cyreen unlocks the tabs that belong to your report and publishes the Performance dashboard. How to request it is described in Open the dashboards.

Deep Dive Insights is a presentation that the Cyreen data team creates for your campaign. It answers questions that go beyond the dashboards, for example about weather, purchasing power or a comparison with earlier campaigns. Ask your Cyreen contact for it. The sample report shows what such a report looks like.

Timeline of a contact-based campaign

  1. Before: Create the campaign (Scheduled) You create the campaign and add visuals. You can already enter analytics products and marketing activities. The Performance button does not appear yet.
  2. Day 1: First visual plays (Active) The first visual plays in the store. From now on, Cyreen counts the ad contacts.
  3. Day 2: Impressions dashboard ready (Active) The Impressions dashboard appears by itself. It is updated every day with the data of the previous day.
  4. Run time: Request possible (Active) As soon as analytics products are entered, you request the Performance dashboard (Request). After that, analytics products and marketing activities can no longer be changed. An interim report is possible on request.
  5. End: Campaign ended (Completed) The last visual has played. The Impressions dashboard now covers the whole campaign.
  6. After: Performance dashboard ready (Available) Cyreen releases the requested Performance dashboard, usually about five days after the campaign ends. The button then shows Available.

The Impressions dashboard appears automatically. You request the Performance dashboard, and the final figures are available after the end of the campaign.

DashboardWhenDuring the campaign
ImpressionsFrom the second day of the first playout, automatically. A visual must be assigned to the campaign.Updated daily, with the data of the previous day
PerformanceAfter the request via Request. This is only possible once analytics products are assigned to the campaign. The final figures are available after the end of the campaign, usually about five days later. An interim status on request, especially for larger campaigns. You agree this with your contact at Cyreen. The figures are an indication, not the final result.

At the top right of the Impressions dashboard, a status shows the state of the campaign data. Click the question mark next to it for the explanation.

Header of the Impressions dashboard: the status of the campaign data is at the top right, here FINAL, with the question mark next to it
StatusMeaning
LIVEThe campaign is running. Data updates daily and figures may still change.
FINALIZINGThe campaign has ended. Some impressions are still being processed, so figures may adjust slightly.
FINALAll data has been processed. Figures will no longer change.

Completed campaigns are archived about one year after the campaign ends. After that they disappear from the CAP Explorer, along with their dashboards and reports.

There is a loop report for loop-based campaigns, but only on request. Write to report@cyreen.de.
