# Reports at a glance

Which report you get depends on the campaign kind.

| Campaign kind | Report |
|---|---|
| Contact-based campaign | Impressions dashboard and Performance dashboard in the CAP Explorer, in three tiers |
| Loop-based campaign | No dashboards. A [loop report](#loop-based-campaigns) is only available on request. |

## The three tiers

For contact-based campaigns, there are three tiers. Each builds on the previous one.

Dashboard

Basic Report

For anyone who wants to understand quickly how the advertising affects the advertised products.

- Conversion Rate with and without C.A.P. in percent

- Basket Size with and without C.A.P. in absolute figures

- Incremental sales increase (Sales Uplift) through C.A.P. in percent

- 1 analysis group: advertised products

- Detailed reach by time of day, weekday, week, federal state and Nielsen region

- In the CAP Explorer as a self-service dashboard, at no additional cost

Dashboard

Premium Report

For anyone who wants to look closer: effect, influencing factors and insights for targeting.

- Everything in the Basic Report

- Deeper analyses of impact drivers: time of day, weekday, weather, federal state and Nielsen region

- 3 analysis groups

- Optional: marketing activities in and around the store

- Analysis of the ad pressure

- Optional: A/B test of two visuals

- Optional: presentation and discussion of the results in one call

PowerPoint

Deep Dive Insights

For anyone who wants to go deeper strategically: tailored analyses, recommendations and a joint review.

- Everything in the Premium Report

- Individual, strategic questions

- Optional and highly selective: statistical analyses depending on scope

- Consulting package with presentation of the results, exchange of experience, context and a management summary

- Presented in PowerPoint format, including absolute figures

Results are always combined across several stores. There are no analyses for a single store.

### Which factors are analysed

Conversion Rate, Basket Size and Sales Uplift can be broken down by several factors.

- **Time:** over the entire campaign duration and, if the campaign runs for more than one month, by individual month.
- **Geography:** across all participating stores as a whole, and by federal state and Nielsen region.
- **Weather:** as an impact driver, optionally bookable.
- **Further factors and analyses:** for example purchasing power or water hardness, optionally bookable.
- **Marketing activities:** price promotions, secondary placements, giveaways, tastings and other activations in or around the store, optionally bookable.

The Cyreen sales team can tell you what each tier includes and what comes as an extra, also for additional analyses.

After your request, Cyreen unlocks the tabs that belong to your report and publishes the Performance dashboard. How to request it is described in [Open the dashboards](https://help.cyreen.de/en/cap-explorer/auswertungen/dashboards-anfordern.md).

### Deep Dive Insights

Deep Dive Insights is a presentation that the Cyreen data team creates for your campaign. It answers questions that go beyond the dashboards, for example about weather, purchasing power or a comparison with earlier campaigns. Ask your Cyreen contact for it. The [sample report](https://help.cyreen.de/en/cap-explorer/auswertungen/dashboards-verstehen.md#view-a-sample-report) shows what such a report looks like.

## When are the dashboards available?

The Impressions dashboard appears automatically. You request the Performance dashboard, and the final figures are available after the end of the campaign.

| Dashboard | When | During the campaign |
|---|---|---|
| **Impressions** | From the second day of the first playout, automatically. A visual must be assigned to the campaign. | Updated daily, with the data of the previous day |
| **Performance** | After the request via **Request**. This is only possible once analytics products are assigned to the campaign. The final figures are available after the end of the campaign, usually about five days later. | An interim status on request, especially for larger campaigns. You agree this with your contact at Cyreen. The figures are an indication, not the final result. |

At the top right of the Impressions dashboard, a status shows the state of the campaign data. Click the question mark next to it for the explanation.

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **LIVE** | The campaign is running. Data updates daily and figures may still change. |
| **FINALIZING** | The campaign has ended. Some impressions are still being processed, so figures may adjust slightly. |
| **FINAL** | All data has been processed. Figures will no longer change. |

## Archiving of completed campaigns

Completed campaigns are archived about one year after the campaign ends. After that they disappear from the CAP Explorer, along with their dashboards and reports.

## Loop-based campaigns

There is a loop report for loop-based campaigns, but only on request. Write to [report@cyreen.de](mailto:report@cyreen.de).
